Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including GL, AP/AR, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives for diverse client portfolios
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Maintain compliance with federal/state tax regulations and SEC filings
- Mentor junior accounting staff and cross-functional teams
- Utilize NetSuite and QuickBooks for financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in GAAP, SOX, and financial reporting standards
- Expertise in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven experience managing financial audits
