Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with strict attention to accuracy
- Conduct detailed audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Lead tax preparation for corporate and individual clients
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models to support strategic decisions
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on budgeting and financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software proficiency
- Deep understanding of GAAP, tax codes, and financial reporting standards
- Proven track record of managing complex financial audits
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
- Active Arizona CPA license required
