Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger operations
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Coordinate tax filings and partnership distributions
- Develop financial models for investment performance analysis
- Maintain multi-currency accounting for international clients
- Lead month-end closing processes with team collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + 5+ years experience
- CPA license required (active CA preferred)
- Expertise in GAAP, ASC, and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and SAP
- Experience with multi-state compliance (CA, NV, AZ)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven leadership in cross-functional projects
