Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare reconciliations and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Coordinate audits and implement process improvements
- Maintain internal controls and documentation systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with financial reporting and compliance
