Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation of accounts.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for senior management.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, including adjusting entries and variance analysis.
- Assist with external audit requirements and internal controls compliance.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to optimize cash flow.
- Conduct budget analysis and assist in the development of annual budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks) and MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Deep understanding of US GAAP accounting principles and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
