Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and ensure GAAP compliance
- Analyze financial data to support strategic business decisions
- Lead internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting
- Maintain accurate general ledger reconciliations
- Develop and monitor financial controls and procedures
- Prepare executive dashboards and variance analysis reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of SOX compliance standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
