Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial compliance
- Collaborate with audit teams during annual reviews
- Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise and SAP for financial reporting
- Mentor junior accounting staff on GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance
- Experience with multi-state tax filings
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required
- Proven leadership in accounting team environments
