Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close and reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Collaborate with auditors during external reviews
- Maintain internal controls and ensure SOX compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA required)
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (Advanced)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Proven track record in financial reporting and analysis
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
