Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15+ corporate clients including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead tax planning initiatives and coordinate with external auditors
- Implement process improvements using NetSuite and QuickBooks Enterprise
- Mentor junior accountants and conduct quarterly financial reviews
- Support M&A transactions due diligence and integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate setting
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial modeling
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Proven track record in managing high-volume accounting operations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
