Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance explanations
- Manage general ledger operations and month-end close processes
- Conduct internal audits and implement control improvements
- Coordinate tax preparation and compliance activities
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle a plus)
