Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including accounts payable/receivable
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts and balance sheet accounts
- Assist with internal audits and compliance documentation
- Develop financial models and variance analysis for client portfolios
- Collaborate with tax professionals on quarterly and annual filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle a plus)
