Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with detailed variance reporting
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with journal entries
- Conduct internal audits and ensure GAAP compliance across all operations
- Develop financial models and forecasting reports for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and cost analysis
- Implement process improvements using accounting software integrations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting ERP systems
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
- Proven ability to manage complex financial reporting cycles
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
