Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end/quarter-end closing processes
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure accurate financial record-keeping
- Collaborate with auditors during financial examinations and compliance reviews
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models and variance analysis
- Maintain internal controls and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Mentor junior accounting staff and optimize financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
