Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Oversee GL maintenance, journal entries, and balance sheet integrity
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and forecasting
- Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP/SEC regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process optimization
- Mentor junior accounting staff and implement best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel modeling
