Responsibilities
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing processes
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements and management reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliation
- Lead internal audit procedures and compliance initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Implement process improvements for financial operations efficiency
- Ensure adherence to GAAP, SOX, and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and analysis
- Strong knowledge of tax preparation and compliance requirements
