Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements for executive stakeholders
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Lead internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Maintain robust internal controls and risk management protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite) and MS Excel
- Proven ability to manage complex reconciliations and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
