- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL reconciliation, journal entries, and month-end closings
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with emphasis on accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Lead audit preparation and documentation for external reviews
- Develop financial models and variance analysis for operational decision-making
- Maintain internal controls and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or private sector
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and SOX compliance
