Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage complex month-end and year-end closing processes
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations with 15+ vendors
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews for PA clients
- Develop financial models for budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Collaborate with tax department on PA state tax filings
- Maintain SOX compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public/private accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Deep knowledge of PA tax regulations and GAAP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
