Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closes, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements, tax filings, and regulatory compliance documents
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve cash flow
- Lead audits and implement internal controls for financial risk mitigation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 3+ years of public/private accounting experience
- CPA certification or active pursuit required
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software (Sage 100 preferred)
- Strong GAAP knowledge and experience with multi-state tax compliance
