Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage general ledger operations and account reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Coordinate external audit processes and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Develop financial models and forecasts for strategic planning
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Experience with financial reporting systems (e.g., NetSuite)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven leadership in cross-functional financial projects
