Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 50+ healthcare clients
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Implement internal controls and audit protocols
- Collaborate with executive teams on budget forecasting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable operations
- Train junior accounting staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public/private accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Healthcare industry knowledge essential
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Excellent communication abilities
