- Manage month-end/year-end close processes with precision
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and reconciliation activities
- Ensure GAAP compliance and implement internal controls
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly/annual reviews
- Develop financial models for budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Proven experience with multi-entity consolidations
