Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Develop financial models and variance analysis for clients
- Coordinate audits and tax preparation with external partners
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Provide strategic financial insights to business stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of public or corporate accounting experience
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Proven experience with financial reporting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills for client interactions
