Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable 2D interactive graphics and animations using HTML5 Canvas, SVG, and WebGL.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate complex visual concepts into pixel-perfect, responsive web implementations.
- Optimize rendering performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility for complex vector graphics and animations.
- Implement advanced CSS techniques and JavaScript libraries (like GSAP or D3.js) to create seamless user experiences.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high engineering standards and best practices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in web development with a strong focus on 2D graphics and animations.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less).
- Deep understanding of the Canvas API, SVG manipulation, and WebGL (Three.js or Pixi.js experience is a plus).
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex rendering issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, remote-first culture.
