We are seeking a visionary Senior 2D Web Designer to join our elite creative team in San Francisco. Responsibilities
- Design & Animation: Create high-fidelity 2D illustrations, icons, and motion graphics for web and mobile platforms using industry-standard tools.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with UX researchers and product managers to design user-centric interfaces that are both beautiful and functional.
- Asset Optimization: Optimize all design assets (SVGs, PNGs, GIFs) for web performance, ensuring fast load times without compromising visual quality.
- Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes to test design concepts and validate user flows before full-scale development.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our internal design system, ensuring consistency across all product touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in 2D web design, UI design, or motion graphics.
- Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop), and HTML/CSS basics.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing 2D design work, including interactive elements and motion graphics.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
