Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver user-centric solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and optimize user journeys.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, articulating the 'why' behind your decisions.
- Mentor junior designers, providing guidance on best practices and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in 2D graphic design, UI/UX design, or interaction design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of 2D design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in an agile environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
