Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-fidelity 2D motion graphics and animations for web, mobile applications, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with UX researchers, product managers, and software engineers to ensure animations align with technical constraints and user needs.
- Create detailed storyboards and animatics to visualize project concepts before production.
- Optimize animation assets for performance, scalability, and cross-device compatibility.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of our design system and motion standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design or animation.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in timing, spacing, and narrative.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Cinema 4D.
- Experience with prototyping tools like Principle, Framer, or ProtoPie.
- Deep understanding of the full creative process, from concept to final delivery.
