What You'll Do:
- Lead the visual strategy for our core products, creating high-fidelity 2D UI assets, illustrations, and motion graphics.
- Translate complex design concepts into smooth, performant web animations using modern web technologies.
- Optimize graphic assets and animation sequences for maximum performance across all devices.
- Collaborate closely with UX researchers and frontend developers to build seamless user experiences.
- Mentor junior designers and engineers, fostering a culture of creativity and technical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design & Animation: Create stunning 2D vector graphics, icons, and interactive animations that align with our brand identity.
- Technical Implementation: Utilize CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, and WebGL to bring designs to life on the web.
- Asset Optimization: Compress and optimize images and assets to ensure lightning-fast load times without sacrificing quality.
- System Maintenance: Contribute to our internal design system, creating reusable components and style guides.
- Prototyping: Build rapid prototypes to test design concepts and user flows before full implementation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in 2D graphics design, animation, or a related creative technical field.
- Tool Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and design tools like Figma.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, and animation libraries (GSAP, Anime.js).
- Portfolio: A robust online portfolio demonstrating your best 2D work and animation projects.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot rendering issues and optimize code for performance.
- Communication: Excellent ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate in a fast-paced agile environment.
