Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior 2D Animator to join our creative team in San Francisco. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 2D animations that tell compelling stories and engage our global audience. You will work closely with art directors and producers to ensure visual consistency and creative excellence across all projects.

Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality 2D animations for web, mobile, and advertising campaigns.
- Create detailed storyboards and animatics to visualize project concepts before production.
- Design and rig characters and environments using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with the creative team to refine animation styles and technical workflows.
- Optimize animations for performance and cross-platform compatibility.
- Provide constructive feedback to junior animators and contribute to team skill development.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D animation or motion graphics.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe After Effects, Toon Boom Harmony, and Adobe Animate.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of animation styles and character acting.
- Excellent understanding of the 12 principles of animation and timing and spacing.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
