Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technological capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Predictive Analysis: Lead the integration of predictive modeling to forecast market trends and technological shifts up to the year 2026.
- Innovation Management: Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Readiness) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and operational teams.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research initiatives focused on future-proofing our infrastructure against the digital disruptions of 2026.
- Change Management: Drive the cultural and organizational adoption of new technologies required for the 2026 landscape.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all forward-looking strategies adhere to evolving data privacy and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a strong plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in strategic technology planning, digital transformation, or enterprise architecture.
