Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Roadmapping: Define and articulate the comprehensive technology roadmap for the year 2026, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Future-Proofing Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging trends, including AI evolution, quantum computing, and decentralized networks, to identify strategic opportunities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives, product leads, and engineering teams to translate high-level vision into actionable development strategies.
- Trend Forecasting: Build predictive models to anticipate market shifts and technological disruptions, ensuring the company remains a market leader.
- Innovation Management: Spearhead proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot programs for futuristic technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or systems engineering.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- Forecasting Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and forecast long-term industry trends.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives from conception to execution.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
