The Role:
You will be responsible for identifying emerging trends, evaluating their viability, and integrating them into our long-term strategic vision. You will act as the bridge between technical feasibility and business growth, ensuring our platform remains at the bleeding edge of technology.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR) to determine their potential impact on our product suite.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and development of next-generation solutions.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for high-impact projects.
- Identify potential risks associated with new tech adoption and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing long-term strategic roadmaps for enterprise-level products.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring high-performing teams.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field is preferred.
