Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define the high-level technical roadmap and system architecture for Nexus Future Labs, specifically tailored for 2026 and future scalability.
- System Design: Design complex, distributed systems that ensure high availability, low latency, and extreme scalability.
- Technology Strategy: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Serverless) to drive competitive advantage.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards (SOC2, GDPR).
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and drive optimization initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Programming: Proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Go, Java, or Rust.
- AI Integration: Strong understanding of integrating Machine Learning models into production environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
