Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Lead the end-to-end technical roadmap for the 2026 transition, identifying key milestones and resource requirements.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, cloud-native microservices architectures.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices in software development.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to ensure high availability and low latency.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to industry security standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of leading technical transitions and defining 2026-ready roadmaps.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including serverless and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Programming Proficiency: Strong command of languages such as Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and design resilient solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
