The Role:
You will be responsible for high-level design, technical strategy, and mentorship. You must possess a deep understanding of both legacy systems and bleeding-edge technologies.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term architectural vision for the 2026 technology stack, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core enterprise infrastructure.
- Architect secure, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and product managers to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure best practices are followed.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and Cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven experience designing systems for AI/ML workloads and large-scale data processing.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance standards (SOC2, GDPR).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
