Responsibilities
- Architect Core Systems: Design and implement the high-level architecture for the '2026' initiative, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security across distributed environments.
- Lead Engineering Teams: Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Technical Roadmap: Translate complex business requirements into robust technical roadmaps, making critical architectural decisions that drive the company's long-term vision.
- Innovation & Research: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge technologies to integrate cutting-edge solutions into our core stack.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Security, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery of high-impact features.
- Code Reviews: Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to maintain high code quality and reduce technical debt.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or principal engineering role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in 2026 Stack (Next-Gen Distributed Systems), Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with a strong understanding of concurrency and parallel processing.
- AI Integration: Proven track record of integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks into production environments.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead high-performing engineering teams.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems with creative, scalable solutions.
