We are looking for a visionary Senior 2026 AI & Machine Learning Architect to lead our research division. In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable production systems. You will be working with cutting-edge quantum-inspired algorithms and next-gen neural networks to solve problems that don't even exist yet.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning models capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams for the 2026 infrastructure.
- Lead the architectural strategy for integrating Generative AI with Real-time Decision Engines.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms in collaboration with our R&D quantum computing partners.
- Ensure the ethical deployment of AI, establishing robust guardrails for autonomous systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Translate complex technical concepts into strategic roadmaps for executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (Minimum 5 years of post-grad experience).
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow, with a portfolio of published research papers.
- Proven experience in designing Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning them for niche applications.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Experience with edge computing and federated learning for privacy-preserving AI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
