Responsibilities

- System Optimization: Oversee the design and implementation of distributed systems capable of processing petabytes of data with sub-millisecond latency.
- R&D Integration: Collaborate with our research division to translate cutting-edge academic findings into production-ready code and robust APIs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, security experts, and stakeholders to ensure deliverables align with business goals and user needs.
- Code Quality Assurance: Establish rigorous code review processes and technical standards to maintain the integrity and reliability of the platform.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role within the AI or Machine Learning sector.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of neural network architectures, distributed computing, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams through complex technical challenges and agile development cycles.
- Tools & Tech: Proficiency in Python, C++, and modern ML frameworks; familiarity with '2026' specific protocols and quantum-safe cryptography is a significant plus.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
