Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of tax preparation experience (CPA or EA preferred)
- Proficiency in tax software (e.g., Lacerte, ProSeries, UltraTax)
- Strong knowledge of federal and California tax codes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Remote work experience with proven time management skills
- Professional certification (CPA/EA) or actively pursuing
