- Prepare complex financial statements and SEC filings
- Lead tax compliance strategies across multiple jurisdictions
- Implement and optimize internal financial controls
- Conduct forensic accounting audits for due diligence
- Mentor junior accountants using our proprietary training system
- Analyze variance reports and recommend strategic adjustments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting + CPA required (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public/private accounting experience
- Expertise in multi-state tax compliance (NC focus)
- SAP and QuickBooks Online proficiency mandatory
- SEC reporting experience essential
- Advanced Excel modeling skills
- Active security clearance or willingness to obtain
