Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with precision
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Ensure adherence to GAAP, SOX, and SEC regulations
- Lead internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records using Oracle NetSuite
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll cycles
- Provide executive-level financial reporting and analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite/QuickBooks)
