Responsibilities
- Process accurate and timely payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and deductions in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Onboard new hires and update payroll records through HRIS systems
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with precision
- Prepare payroll reports and assist with annual audits
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on payroll-related projects
- Ensure adherence to FLSA, ACA, and local labor laws
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software expertise
- Proficient in Excel and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP)
- Deep understanding of FLSA, garnishment laws, and tax compliance
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive data
