Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wages for child support, tax levies, and wage attachments
- Manage year-end reconciliations including W-2/1099 preparation
- Conduct payroll audits to ensure compliance with FLSA and IRS regulations
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within SLA timeframe
- Implement new tax laws and payroll legislation changes
- Collaborate with HR on compensation adjustments and bonus distributions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Proficient in ADP or comparable payroll systems
- CPP or FPC certification strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and Nevada state payroll regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot table experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Proven track record of zero-error payroll cycles
- Experience with remote work tools (Slack, Asana, Zoom)
