Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile financial transactions using QuickBooks and accounting software
- Process payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations for remote operations
- Collaborate with Atlanta-based team during evening hours via virtual platforms
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for confidential financial data
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with remote work exposure
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance required (Bachelor's preferred)
- Proven ability to work independently during night shift hours (9 PM - 6 AM ET)
