Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets for strategic planning
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Conduct variance analysis between projected and actual financial performance
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and financial valuation
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy and timeliness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities for presenting complex financial concepts
- Proven ability to work independently and manage deadlines in remote settings
