Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Develop and maintain complex financial models using Excel, SQL, and Power BI for forecasting and scenario analysis
- Prepare executive-ready reports and presentations for C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure SOX compliance across financial operations
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation solutions
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous enhancement of financial reporting frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or advisory settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and financial modeling
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and Power Tableau for visualization
- Deep understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical thinking with proven ability to translate complex data into strategic insights
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Remote work experience with demonstrated self-management capabilities
