Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients in the Richmond area and beyond.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses to develop personalized investment and insurance strategies.
- Manage daily portfolio performance, including asset allocation, rebalancing, and risk management.
- Prepare and present complex financial plans to clients, ensuring clarity and understanding of their goals.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to provide expert advice.
- Collaborate with internal specialists (tax, legal, estate planning) to provide holistic solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the firm.
Qualifications
- Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63) license required.
- CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification or active pursuit is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial services or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, acquire, and retain high-net-worth clients.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Redtail).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client service.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
