Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare financial statements.
- Process payroll accurately and ensure tax compliance.
- Maintain and update the general ledger with high accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end tax documents and financial audits.
- Reconcile credit card statements and vendor accounts weekly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace.
