- Process accounts payable/receivable with daily reconciliation protocols

- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance for California-based businesses
- Implement internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure audit readiness
- Collaborate with CPAs during quarterly tax filings and annual audits

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online
