- Manage general ledger accounts and monthly/quarterly closing processes
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and federal/state regulations
- Process payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and expense reports
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting platforms
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
